About EliteCare Colorado

EliteCare LLC runs its office at 13710 E Rice Pl, Aurora, CO 80015. From there, our team visits clients at home in Aurora and in cities within about 30 miles, across Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, Adams and Jefferson counties.

We provide two kinds of care. Home care covers non-medical help such as companionship, housekeeping, bathing and dressing. Home health covers skilled nursing and therapy ordered by a physician, which Medicare can pay for when a patient qualifies. Because we are licensed for both, a family can work with one agency as needs change.

Most clients start at one level and some move to another later. The care plan changes, and the agency stays the same.

1. Level 1

   Companion and homemaker care

   Company, meals, light housekeeping, errands and medication reminders.

   Personal care

   Hands-on help with bathing, dressing, toileting and transfers.

   Home health and skilled nursing

   Nurse visits for wounds, injections, IV therapy and medications, under physician orders.

   Therapy at home

   Physical, occupational and speech therapy in the client's home.

A registered nurse is involved from the first visit, including for clients who only need companion care.

• Free in-home assessment. A registered nurse visits, talks with the client and family, and looks at daily routines and home safety.
• Written care plan. The nurse writes down what care is provided, how often and by whom. For skilled care, the plan follows the physician's orders.
• Regular RN check-ins. The nurse follows up with the client and family and updates the plan when health or needs change.
• Supervisory visits. The nurse visits to review the work of caregivers and aides in the home.

Our license comes from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, and we accept Medicare, Health First Colorado (Medicaid), IHSS and private pay. See insurance and Medicare home health for details.

Our team serves families in English, Russian and Spanish. Tell us your preferred language when you call, and we will plan visits and phone updates around it.

• A registered nurse supervises care at every level, from companion care to skilled nursing.
